i had a amazing experience. the staff were friendly and cute. maleesha was good, organising my transportation seamlessly. rizana, charundi, siyathma, and gayathri at the kids club did an amazing job too, keeping my kids happy for hours!

the lift system felt very slow and disorganized. i experienced long wait times even with multiple lifts available.

the kids club is really amazing. they had bracelet making and other crafts. there was also a book corner. the ladies in it, charundhi and ganga, were helpful with the kids!!!

i found the lifts to be slow with noticeable waiting times. the check-in experience was disappointing. the reception team had very limited authority in the room-allocation process.

the room had a super comfortable bed. the housekeeping staff, kavindu and ifaas, kept my room in perfect condition. they provided very nice, service-minded attention every single day. i felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout my entire stay.

The lifts were a bit slow sometimes. I did have to wait a little longer than expected.

wrong directionsforgotten wake up call

honestly, the service wasn't amazing. i asked for a wake up call it forgot to happened. then the concierge give me map with directions that was completely wrong and i got lost looking for a spice shop i really wanted to visit. the rooms were fine and all but i expected a bit more i suppose.
